IMAPS Nordic's booking systemWelcome to IMAPS Nordic's booking system. Here you can register to our conferences, order exhibition stands and proceedings, and pay your membership fee to IMAPS Nordic.If you already have created a user ID, or you are or have been member of IMAPS Nordic, please select "Login" tab. Your default user ID is your email address including @-sign. If you don't know your password, just try to register twice with your default user ID without password. The system will send the password to your email address if your email is correct in the system. Otherwise please contact treasurer (at) imapsnordic.org. To register your self as a new member, or if you want to order services without membership, please start by selecting "Register" tab and fill in your contact information. You need to create a user ID and a password. You can check your bookings or validity of your membership later on by logging in using those. To order and pay membership, choose "Membership" from the column on the left. To order and pay services (conference, exhibition, proceedings), choose any of the services in the list on the left. You don't need to be a member but you are entitled to special prices as a member. You can send additional information or wishes (e.g. diet, allergy etc) to organisers along your booking. We'll do our best to fulfil your wishes but we cannot accept any liability. Finally, pay the services by a credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express) or print out an invoice and pay later by a bank transfer.
