Who is Who on the Board?
| Søren Nørlyng,
President, has been on the IMAPS Nordic board since 1983. During 1983-91 as secretary
and 1991-96 as president. From 1995-97 he is the Chairman of IMAPS Europe and has since
1991 served as the representative of IMAPS Nordic in the ELC (European Liaison Committee).
Søren was appointed "Fellow of the Society" of IMAPS US in 1996 and he is now
also a Senior member of IMAPS. His company MICRONSULT offers consultative services within
microelectronics and does also represent products and technologies for the development and
production of passive and active components and microelectronics. Special focus is on
materials for miniaturisation and power modules. |

Paul Collander,
the Vice President, has been a member of IMAPS Nordic since 1974
when he started in the microelectronics world and a Board member since
1986. For 30 years he has been with Nokia, starting with setting up the
first hybrid production line and when Nokia sold out all PCB and hybrid
manufacturing lines he was more involved in searching new manufacturing
technologies and to work on the advanced technology supply chain. November
2003 he set up his own consulting and networking business, Poltronic. In
the Board his role is chairing the activities, especially our conference
programs, and being contact point to the IMAPS European Liaison Committee. |

Dag Ausen
Dag Ausen (M.Sc.), IMAPS Nordic Secretary since 2003, is senior advisor at SINTEF Electronics and
Cybernetics in Oslo. He works at the Department of Instrumentation and Microelectronics
with main focus on electronic packaging and microsystems technology. Learn more

| Terho Kutilainen
was elected Treasurer of IMAPS Nordic from the beginning of 1997. He was working with
Aspocomp Oy Microelectronics since 1979, and has recently become R&D
Director of the newly formed company Asperation Oy.
The
Treasurer's main responsibility is to arrange the financial matters in practice, to help
the Board with budgeting and assist with arrangement of conferences. Terho would like to
kindly ask all to use our Nordic Giro Accounts when paying the annual fee. Since Terho is
the one in charge of our address lists and mailings, any updates should be emailed to him.

| Hans
Danielsson was one of the founder members of IMAPS Nordic in 1971, and was the
president for the first five years and vice president for more than 15
years. With a six years background in thin film microelectronics he started the thick film activity at Saab
1966 and was heading this activity to 1985. Then he was an electronic packaging specialist
for the Saab group of companies working a lot with automotive electronics. In 1990 he
started his own consulting activity working both with microelectronics and Surface Mount
Technology. He is the author of the book "Surface Mount Technology with Fine Pitch
Components: The Manufacturing Issues". |

Kenneth
Dahlberg received his masters degree in mechanical engineering at The Royal
Institute of Technology in Stockholm in 1984. From 1984 to 1994 he worked with
mechanical design and electronics packaging at Siemens-Elema. Since 1994 he has been
responsible for electronics packaging at Pacesetter AB, now St
Jude Medical, in Sweden. Kenneth was responsible
for the 1998 exhibition in Stockholm. |

Mats Lindgren graduated from Chalmers University of Technology in
1995. He holds an M. Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering specialising in
polymer technology and surface chemistry. From 1995 to 2001 he was employed
by IVF, where his main subject was evaluation of microvia board (SBU-board)
technologies, new manufacturing technologies and materials. As a project
manager and co-ordinator of MQS Network he has established co-operation
between SMEs in the Nordic Countries. He has been involved in projects
financed by EC. In 2001 he joined Kitron
Development AB. His main task at
Kitron Development is methodology for realisation of electronics packaging in harsh
environment.

| Dag Vinge is Sales Engineer at
Kitron Microelectronics, Norway, being
responsible for thick film and thick film hybrid sales activities. He
graduated from Trondheim Technical High School in 1976 and joined the
world of microelectronics in 1985 at Amitech where he was Purchase Manager
until 1992. From 1993 to 1998 he was Design Engineer being responsible for
electronic and packaging design. Kitron Microelectronics (former Amitech)
is a company offering development, design and manufacturing of advanced
microcircuit packages with customers mainly in Northern Europe. |
