Exhibitor Invitation 
IMAPS Nordic 2003 Conference

Dear Potential Exhibitor,

You and your company are hereby invited to participate in the exhibition during the 2003 annual IMAPS Nordic conference held in Conference center Dipoli, Espoo, Finland. A map and detailed transportation information will be forwarded to you when you order. The conference is designed to give maximum interaction between the delegates and the exhibitors.

The exhibition area is divided in a 367 m2 locked area (pink on the drawing) and a same size open area foyer for those who are not leaving valuables there over night. The conference facilities (yellow) are located as close to the exhibition as possible, and social functions like coffee breaks and lunches will take place in the exhibition area and in the foyer right outside.

Each exhibitor stand will have one conference seat per stand (with proceedings and all meals) included in the exhibitor price. The person utilizing this allowance must register to the conference. Additional meal tickets and/or conference seats can be purchased.

Your exhibitor PR-info will be presented in the conference program. In the Monday program an exhibitor session is planned, where exhibitors may present themselves and their products (maximum one minute for each exhibitor stand).

This is the best opportunity for you to reach the microelectronics, packaging and SMT manufacturers and users in the Nordic area.

The schedule:

Early (Friday) incoming shipment may be stored at the conference center. Please notify the exhibitor host in good time.

  • 21.9 Sunday 
    Setting up the exhibition 13 - 19. 
    Cocktail party: 19.30 - 21.30.
  • 22.9 Monday 
    Opening hours for the exhibition: 09.00 - 19.00, 
    Lunch 12.00 - 13.00, 
    Buffet Dinner in exhibition area 19.00 - 21.00.
  • 23.9 Tuesday 
    Opening hours for exhibition: 08.30 - 17.00. 
    Lunch 12.00 - 13.00, Banquet Dinner 19.30 - 21.30.
    Dismantling exhibition before 24.00, preferably by 19.30 

Please observe that the exhibition time is now limited to two full days on exhibitors' request. You and your staff are invited to join the cocktail party Sunday.

Below is a rough drawing of the complex exhibition area (pink) and a number of single stands. These will be re-configured to double, triple and quadruple stands according to request. You can either refer to numbers or use free text to explain your location preferences. It is possible to access the exhibition area by truck if ordered in advance. Inform the exhibition host of any such arrangements you would require. Please inform the exhibition host of desired area and placement in floor plan. Your booth location is set on first come, first serve basis and on best relocation of competing companies if requested. The exhibition host might relocate companies for practical reasons

After your booking is received, and your reservation is confirmed, your exhibition area will be suggested on a more detailed map and you will receive an invoice. Payment and credit card details will be shown on the invoice.
