Dear Potential Exhibitor,
You and your company are hereby invited to participate in the exhibition during the 2004 annual IMAPS Nordic conference held at the Hotel Marienlyst, Helsingør, Denmark. A map and detailed transportation information will be forwarded to you when you order. The conference is designed to give maximum interaction between the delegates and the exhibitors.
The exhibition area is divided in a 266 m2 locked area and a 100 m2 large open hall just in front of the conference room and the above mentioned area. The conference halls are located as close to the exhibition as possible. To access one of the conference rooms you have to walk through the exhibition. Social functions like coffee breaks and lunches will take place in the exhibition area.
- Each exhibitor stand will have one conference seat per stand (which includes proceedings and all meals) in the exhibitor price. The person utilizing this allowance must register to the conference. Additional meal tickets and/or conference seats can be purchased.
- Your exhibitor PR-info will be presented in the conference program. In the Monday program an exhibitor session is planned, where exhibitors may present themselves and their products (maximum one minute for each exhibitor stand).
This is the best opportunity for you to reach the microelectronics, packaging and SMT manufacturers and users in the Nordic area.
The schedule
Early (Friday) incoming shipment may be stored at the conference center. Please notify the exhibitor host in good time.

Please observe that the conference and the exhibition time is now limited to two full days on request for an effective event.
You and your staff are invited to join the cocktail party Sunday.
Below is a rough drawing of the complex exhibition area. The stands will be configured as single, double, triple and quadruple stands according to request.
There is easy access to the exhibition area also for heavy equipment. Please inform the exhibition host of any such arrangements you would require. Please inform the exhibition host of desired area and placement in floor plan. Your booth location is set on first come, first serve basis and on best relocation of competing companies if requested. The exhibition host might relocate companies for practical reasons.
After your booking is received, and your reservation is confirmed, your exhibition area will be suggested on a more detailed map and you will receive an invoice.
Payment and credit card details will be shown on the invoice.

Conditions for Display
1. IMAPS Nordic reserves the right to allot the tables to companies.
2. The number of tables is limited and will be allotted chronologically according to receipt of payment.
3. Direct sales at the table are not allowed, as this will injure IMAPS' status as a non-profit organisation. The information offered by companies shall be strictly of an informative, technical nature.
4. Neither IMAPS nor the Display Centre will be liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to employees or to property of companies.
5. In the event that the Conference and Display fail to take place or are interrupted or discontinued due to strikes, lockouts, injunctions, acts of war, Act of God, government emergencies or any other reason, this contract may be terminated by IMAPS. In this case companies will waive all damages and claims against IMAPS. The sole liability for IMAPS shall be to return the company the payment - minus a pro rata share of all costs and expenses incurred and committed by IMAPS.
6. Exhibitors are advised to protect and insure their exhibits at their own expense, as IMAPS and the Display Centre will accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to any materials or display through fire, theft, accident or any other cause.
7. Neither IMAPS nor the Display Centre will be liable, responsible or accountable for any loss, damage or injury sustained by any person on the premises who is assigned to the exhibiting company or who may be watching or participating in any demonstration or exhibit.
Exhibitors must hold, keep and save harmless and indemnify IMAPS and the Display Centre from any such claims for loss, damage, or injury.
8. IMAPS reserves the right to make slight changes in exhibit space assignments, if necessary at a later date.
9. For cancellation a fee of 20% of the price for a table will be charged.
